4. CONFLICT RESOLUTION & TRIBUNAL PROCESS
We value open, compassionate communication. If conflicts arise, the following steps apply:
We prioritize addressing conflicts with a grounded presence, a solution-focused approach, and in a timely manner. We believe in open, compassionate communication. If conflicts arise, we encourage a respectful approach:
Community Care & Resolution Form – If you need support in resolving an issue, a Community Care & Resolution Form is available in the Support Hub for formal submission and review. This is the first step in accessing mediation and conflict resolution support.
Open Dialogue – Speak directly with the involved party to seek resolution.
Mediation – A neutral facilitator may assist in resolving conflicts.
Tribunal Review – A panel can oversee complex disputes if necessary.
External Arbitration – If unresolved, professional arbitration services may be involved.
1. Direct Communication: Attempt to resolve the issue by speaking directly with the involved party.
2. Single Mediator Intervention: If needed, a mediator from the leadership team (Human Resources) or a neutral third party may assist.
3. Evidence Review: All parties should provide relevant evidence for a fair review.
4. Community Hearing (If Necessary) A tribunal of 5–9 members, including a head decision-maker/moderator and morality/neutrality representatives, will oversee the case. Each party presents evidence. If emotions run high, a neutral mediator may represent each side. Each judge submits a written opinion. The head decision-maker compiles judgments and issues a formal, binding decision.
5. External Arbitration (If Required): If internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to an independent arbitration service (e.g., Peace Maker Equity, Australia).
6. Final Option: If all internal and arbitration processes fail, legal action may be pursued in court.
Arbitration Clause
By joining the Resonance Chrysalis, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than in court, thereby waiving your right to a jury trial. However, arbitration does not apply to claims involving harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activities, which may be pursued through legal channels.

Sexual Code of Conduct Agreement

• A 3-month waiting period before initiating romantic relationships within the community is requested (not required) to ensure professional integrity.
Accountability & Three-Strike System
To maintain a thriving and respectful environment, we enforce a Three-Strike System:
Strike 1: A written warning and conversation to realign expectations.
Strike 2: Formal review with a mediator and a required corrective action plan.
Strike 3: Removal from the community without refund or reinstatement.
What Constitutes a Strike?
-
Disrespecting community values, agreements, or members.
-
Engaging in gossip, toxicity, or divisive behavior.
-
Breach of ethical conduct, including dishonesty or manipulation.
-
Violating consent, boundaries, or safety standards.
-
Consistently missing agreed-upon commitments or responsibilities.
This system ensures fairness, accountability, and a clear path for resolution.
In cases of severe violations, the Chrysalis team reserves the right to remove a participant immediately upon the first strike if deemed necessary. Final decisions on removals may be reviewed by leadership upon request, but we prioritize safety and community well-being in all cases.
By enrolling, you agree to uphold the program’s values and understand that failure to do so may result in termination of your participation.
